After tax-income is closer to $3000.00. Immigration consultants are putting false numbers on here.

Brampton is a cesspit. Glad I moved way out from there. Watch CP 24 and there is never good news coming out of there.

Comments mad they can't cough up a million dollars to buy a house in Brampton or compete with highly skilled immigrants. Huge government funding for public amenities, massive business investment, quiet suburbs and everything you need within a 5 minute drive

I live in Brampton. Aka Bramladesh. There are no jobs here. Only factory work if any. Filled with new Indian immigrants. Busses smell, people don’t shower. The downtown core is nice, few block, but overpopulated, outside is a desert with no police security.

This place is has some of the highest insurance rates in Canada because of a lack of knowledge or complete ignorance of basic driving rules. All the main roads are crowded with peoples driving slow in the left with crazy peoples zig zaging between lanes trying to get around these morons. There’s traffic until late at night here like 10 at night. At least in the past it used to be cheap for housing but know it’s basicly the same price as living in Mississauga fossil like 1500$ for a one bedroom. I would not recommend anyone moving to this dump
