Buy Apartment Price varies a lot. It could start from TWD120K/per m2 (Greater Taipei) to TWD300K/per m2 (Taipei City) as of 2016. Note that there are differences btw Taipei City and "New Taipei City". Overall, people lives in a 10KM-radius area incl. New Taipei City area.
