Unlike many other countries which list property size by "salesable area", or "separate interest"
Taiwan's advertised property size always includes the following
A: Main Building area (Separate Interest)
B: Common Area
C: Land Area

To make an apple to apple comparison with other countries, the entered square meter data should be based on the size of A (Main building area) instead of A+B+C
