Yeh I agree completely Mumbai is the worst place to live in absolutely inert local govt absolutely inert I tell u the ground realities its like apply apply absolutely no reply I am living in kandivali west lalji pada area its very much dissatisfying why bcoz the concerned authorities are irrecptive unresponsive particularly in the area of noise pollution the worst take my words numbeo even among the pollution the noise pollution is the most painful and now it pinches in reality especially during the local festivals and the election time and during rest time even during the night it comes from mosque and masjid the ground reality of Mumbai is worse .

Noise polution at the highest in Muslim masjid areas . Worst effected area is Bhandup sonapur area . The volume is max all thru the day it's 6 times and on Fridays it's practically all thru the day and its practically shouting into the mike. Supreme Court pass an order for navratri Diwali etc functions which comes once a year for a few dys but still we follow the ruling . Why no curb on the loud speakers on these masjids and madrasas. Why are these politicians pampering this particular minority community . Come stay on a Friday in my area and I promise u a severe headache by midday. Is the polution board going to do anything or am I breaking my head

we all totally agree and accept that the mumbai is the worst in fact the truth is extremely very very very very worse city on our planet to live in why beacause there is a taliban rule back in mumbaiespecially due to this local marathi community the marathi govt is the most and utter failure govt on our earth the citizens are highly disturbed sir really very really the ground reality is that the noise pollution is rampant, contagious ,insane ,unsound mind and without any control epsecially during the festivals like ganpati and diwali and that too oppositely played by the marathi govt officers - you wont believe the citizens are so fed up with the marathi govt that they say that the kings were better than this marathi taliban govt - in the near future i will send the supporting real factual true blameless evidences and photographs of how the govt officers like police commissioners , bmc muncipality and other local govt body officers they are observed that they themselves are breaking the laws - in india the govt system is blind, deaf and mere mute spectaters especially the police officers including the commissioners and the deputy commisioners themselves - my request is that your numbeo surveys should be brought before various press and media and should be present before international court of justice hague, netherland and secondly before u.s.a supreme court . one serious request please include the criteria the determinant "the freedom of speech and the expressions and the noble criticism index whereby you will come to know that the citizens of the city how much could freely speak up against the govt especially against the municipality, state govt and central govt without ant negative retaliation it may be in the form of arrest or jail or improsonment or even the threats and assault by any police officer - in my case i tell you i tried to report one incident of one assistant commisioner of police living in my building to the court but he severely threatened me and even attempted to beat me his name is pravin tiwari we stay in kandivali west suburb in mumbai city you know back in mumbai the policemen are themselves involved in crime either directly or indirectly and bribes and corruption is very very higly rampant they torture and harrass the local citizens badly and very insanely they misuse everything and nobody is accountable only the press and media has the guts to come forward and take the evidences and produce before high court but still due to the laxity from the court the policemen manipulate manythings .I TELL YOU THE MARATHI GOVT IS THE UTTER FAILURE AND VERY RIGHTLY TRULY FACTUALY AND EVIDENTLY CRITICIZED BY INDIAN MEDIA AND PRESS AND THIS CRITICISM IS TRUE FACTUAL VERY REAL RIGHT AND BACK BY EVIDENCE I ACCEPT IT .

the corrupt fails and f-a-i-l-s absolutely in times of crisis .Do you know that almost all the lakes in UK are pure and clean that one could scoop and drink the water directly. Now compare it with Mumbai/Banglore and other cities. politicians easily blame the Indian citizen for lack of civic sense. The same Indian, lands in singaprre airport or dubai airport and becomes a different persons in a fraction of second.and the reason is obvious. Dirt Invites More dirt. in other countries govt has managed to keep it clean and fallows up with the citizens to maintain through penalty etc. but here in India the corrupt does not care and the corrupt fails and fails absolutely in times of crisis Bombay is one such example.

Well i myself live in lahore... despite of some bad places which every city has, there r some places. Where one can breath nicely. Like the Defence Housing Authority and Baharia Town..... DHA has covered now 50% of lahore... i.e. 50% lahore is good.... hopefully in next 10-15 yrs it will cover the remaining 50% and then lahore will become a good and better place to live in.... but non civic habits of people hv let us down.....

this fu*k government nothing going to do so they are sleeping we should take some peculiar step to awake them their is one thought prevention is better than cause so they don't know the inner meaning of that we should explain them the governments:)

Hai friends we all r telling that pollution is high or it is increasing but no one is thinking of how to control that. It should come from self. No teacher will tell or no minister will tell u to control the pollution. From our side we have to do some thing. Minimum we can do is to decrease the use of our bike or car. Try to plant some trees. Stop using vehicle for short distance. Use cycle or walk. It is good for health also. I know that no one likes this and every one is interested in moving fast. By that we r increasing pollution only. nothing more than that. If our city is not polluted let us try to maintain that, if it is polluted let us try to decrease that. Dont think one cannot do any thing. 1+1+1+1+1+1+....will become many ple try friends. Jaihind
