About as cheap as you can live in canada is if you decide to move to windsor. you can live downtown and get around anywhere u need because the bus routes all end up there. not to much to say about windsor, its the asshole of canada but you can get by there if u need to. at least a quarter of the city is on welfare just gettin' by... but hey at least if you got some extra money to spend theres lot of stripclubs, bars and pizza joints. (the pizza is pretty good too!)
