i live outside the center and pay $899 for a 2 bedroom apartment, utilities included. i have a dishwasher in the apartment as well as my own controlled heating. these prices of living are way too low.

I'm moving to London. I live in a 1 bedroom condo by lake in Etobicoke, 15 minutes west of Toronto, for $1,550. Rent includes one parking spot, a locker and all utilities except for hydro. It's super modern in a fancy building. How much will something similar (by the river) cost?
