No certification courses should ever be forced by managers on their subordinates. This is the reason why software companies especially in India are among the worst places to work. Even overtime duty beyond 9 hours per day, night shift duties do not get any extra allowance or compensation proactively by these software companies. The engagement managers and staff augmentation policies in software companies are absolutely terrible.
A couple of things I liked about Hyderabad is the tasty food and Hyderabad being an overnight journey to both Pune and Bangalore. The Biryani served in Hyderabad was good for me.
Also, the Peaceful Community is present in large numbers in Hyderabad.
Job market is fluid and opportunities for those who put in the work is no problem. Water and electricity used to be issues but seems to have been solved in recent years.
Now, Hyderabad is the best in the world at something very dear to me. Food. I have traveled a bit and nothing even comes close to the cuisine in Hyderabad. This alone is worth putting up with all the problems that abound in this city. And the food is cheap, dirt cheap. QoL+++++.
There is absolutely no greenery in this town. Hyderabad is arid, very dry and a dust bowl. People litter everywhere, even at the shops entrances, road sides, storm water drains, ponds, lakes, absolutely anywhere.
Hyderabad is a good place for criminals and hooligans. Everyday plenty of women in Hyderabad are molested, raped and sexually harassed. Chain-snatching, pickpocketing, burglary, extortion, mugging and mental abusing are very common in Hyderabad. Tuktuk drivers will loot every penny and overcharge the rates.
There is roasting heat in Hyderabad every summer. The temperature in summer exceeds 45 degrees C and you feel as if you're inside an oven.
And just like Bangalore, Hyderabad attracts the worst graduates from across India. Boasting itself as a software hub, you'll hardly find as Computer Science graduates working as Software Engineers! Instead you will find useless Mechanical, Electrical, E&C, Chemical, Civil Engineers working as software engineers in Hyderabad!
These are real facts about India's software industry. It is the worst in the world and Indians never say "No" to anyone. These Indian software companies only care about Billing, Quantity, but not Quality.
Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai and Gurgaon are body-shopping centres of India. Recruit worthless "yes-man" people throughout the country to get cheap billing from clients from Western Countries. Indian tech industry is by far the worst in the world.
Burning heat in summer is what you will get in Hyderabad.
Crime is increasing rapidly and healthcare and education are for the rich people only. Healthcare is a business here.
Hyderabad has become a Dystopia.
