Most corrupt police force and government officials. We have the best damn police that money can buy. Corruption is a parallel economy here. Justice Aggarwal is quoted as saying, "There is no organization more corrupt than the Indian Police .... Police only understand the crack of the judicial whip"! Unfortunately, the judiciary is also corrupt. So we're f***ed either way.

The Cost of Living is low. Crowded city. People are friendly and helpful. Heavy traffic. Air quality is poor in day time. Corruption is moderate. Situation in Old City can turn Volatile sometimes but remains under control. Railway stations and bus stops are crowded. Beggars are a nuisance.

even though the city is very safe but still people are not multi culture society, they are not ready to attract foreign people who lives Hyderabad or coming for short visit, what l'm recommending to the government to protect the foreign people who brought a lot of money to the city and state as well, you will see police harassing the foreigners specially students not helping them.

This place is fairy safe. Roam as you like, but be careful as any city for pick pockets; especially in the rush areas like crowded train stations and bus bays. Almost all the city is safe exceptions that "old city" sometimes can be dangerous. There is fair chance you see police patrolling around. So people are almost safe all the time. Thanks to the government for taking good care.

Only bribery exists. If you want some work to be done, you must give some cash to the official personally. Else, its the safest city.

Important Note:
1. Don't wear mini skirts(for girls), don't expose too much. People will stare at you. They are not used to flesh much like in other cities.
2. To be cautious, don't go for walk for long distances in night time.
