Jeffrey Ling on Dec 21, 2023:
Regarding: Quality of Life Index - 113.13 and it is considered LOW? Also the Pollution Index?

If a person has US income (dividends, rentals, stock market trading, Social Security, other forms of Retirement, then everything is more than affordable.

The Pollution Index: At one time yes, up to maybe 2016 with all the mopeds, motorcycles, industrialization, but now with the electric bikes and other vehicles, it is much less. What is included in the Pollution Index? Air Quality, Water quality, smell, sanitation?

Residing in Honolulu, is so much more enjoyable and comfortable, but we need 8 times the income to do that.

Sincerely, Jeff
