One of the safest cities in southern Ontario, if you hear bad things about Guelph then it is most likely exaggerated, Guelph has always been safe and still is very safe. I never see trouble.

I live in Guelph around Woodlawn and country club my car is routinely robbed ever summer with a canner to open the doors My house was broken into Told by Guelph Police it was a professional job and they did nothing assuming I had insurance I am guessing I did not have the high end insurance I need for the jewelry stolen I di not like Guelph before now I cant wait to leave

Safest city in Canada hands down. I do not have to worry about my house main doors to be open throughout the night. This municipal election, our Mayor Cam Guthrie also promised to add more police officers in the force to maintain more crime control and peace. This town also has the friendliest available outside the GTA area!
