Crime happens everywhere it’s all about connections so certain individuals can get u into trouble might not be bad in poverty but that doesn’t mean u take the place as a joke that goes for any place in the world.

Women walk around topless with no issue so I'd consider it rather safe.

Burlington is mostly safe, there are small pockets of poverty throughout the city, but crime isn't a major issue.
