This is the new bubble, which realtors are fueling.

New contructions are pushing away former residents, to make it an empty place like newport in the riverwarlk.

Couple years from now, there will be no crime because there will be no people living here. Sense of community clearly is going away fast.

Better to look on other option, even hoboken seems better now than JC (downtown), Journal Square is still 5 years away.

If you do not make 160K per household you will struggle to get a 2 bedroom in downtown JC these days.
