The climate of Jersey City is similar to the climate in NYC . It is not high . It is so cold in Winter and if you don'the have heat you gonna die . In Jersey City people don't clean after their
dogs so you can imagine how the sidewalks look like .

Jersey City in the Heights and Journal Square is so dirty specially the State Highway 139 . No broom touched it for 100 years
and many cars park on the sidewalks. I can't believe you said
the prices are low compared with the income because the rent is high. This city has a lot of dirty broken sidewalks and some of them totally disappeared. Some buildings steal electricity from the pole and when you report it to the police they say it is not our job .This city has noisy
car shops in the residential areas.
Jersey City doesn'the deserve the score 160 in the quality of life by any mean.
