Steve on Jan 31, 2019:
I based my price on what Save-on Foods had for sale on January 31, 2019 and from my recent receipts from other stores. Sometimes I used an average or a calculated price from a different size. These are the normal prices not "specials" or from bulk stores like Costco. Save-on Foods Produce prices are usually more than an independent Produce Store but most Produce Stores have gone out of business locally because of the high prices they must pay from their sources. There are also a few independent Bulk Food Stores left but their prices are not usually that much less. The other large Grocery Chain stores are comparable in price.

I need to know the monthly average expenses of 3 meals for one person if he will buy ingrideans from supermarket and cook it at home.
