Just for your info: We are 2 seniors living in a high rise apartment in Port Moody. Building is about 12-14 years old. We rent a comfortable 2 bed + den, open living room dining room, 2 bath and small balcony for $2000+. One storage/ 1 underground parking included but I don’t know if new tenants are paying more. Also, building has indoor pool, gym, party room etc. I think compared with Vancouver Centre, the suburbs are offering a much better quality of life and affordability, specially now with the new SkyTrain extensions.
Also, it’s time to update your prices! In the last few months, basic necessities have increase considerably for this city at least.
