Small city on a bay. It is now full of unemployment, drug takers and down and outers. Not their fault, the economy is just very poor. Strangely, housing is still expensive, and decent place to rent is expensive. The University is very good and it is quite large. It is the student population that put vitality into the city. Otherwise, it is just an other industrial town that has seen better days. The scenery around the city is pretty and it isn't a bad place to visit. But unless you have a good job to go to, don't move there.
