The most underrated city in the UK. As someone who’s lived in Manchester and Birmingham I can confidently say Birmingham is miles better.

The people are nice and there is no agenda to it. It’s a place you feel comfortable right away as there is no cringeworthy overly strong cultural identity.

Lots of things to do and places to go out.

The people here aren’t snobby at all and they’ll help you out without you asking for it.

It’s affordable and you get a lot for your money.

Plenty of jobs and a higher average wage. The exact opposite of Gloucestershire.
