Naples has very poor maintenance, poor public transportation, very few parks and horrible traffic. City’s service are awfully non-existent, and Italy has too much bureaucracy to follow. Nonetheless, Naples isn’t safe at all. Surely enough, tourists are left safe(because they are scammed everywhere), but there is an enormous micro-criminality everywhere.
