I have no idea how this got a health care index that is so high unless you have perfect health and wait about 5 years until private insurance takes care of you which inflates at 10 to 15 percent per year making most private insured people have unpayable bills at elder ages or must increment their deductibles to have a payable premium.

The public sector is not good at all.

If you go there for a specific treatment and pay privately than sure they can accomodate with great private hospitals and medical facilities but you do need the cash.
