Cost of living index is way off says petrol is cheaper in London? Nah, mate.
That and water/waste collection are included in council tax so people are tossing their entire council tax bill onto the utilities but it pays for a lot more than that.
Should be at least 3-4 points lower
I am currently single and would like a period living and working in Scotland for the professional experience and the benefits of living in another country. I would be grateful if anyone had advice as to if this is viable.
Kind regards,
