The air quality in glasgow is terrible since almost all cars are diesels.

Not sure of the accuracy of any of the information on Glasgow. It is currently the highest polluted city in th uk. Yet the data on this page indicates air pollution is low. Current death rate is 1340 per 100k therefore is around 8500 deaths per annum. So far the Scottish government has done nothing that I am aware of.
