Actually, There is something wrong with Anonymous's comment. He should have used than instead of then. When he said "Berlin has higher standards then for food" he meant "Berlin has higher standards than for food".

Drinking water quality only 80% ?????
Germany has the best quality of drinking water in the world, with higher standards then for food. Bottled water is no so clean then the german drinking water.
