I would like to know the average sq meter price for an apartment in Zehlendorf Charlottenburgerstr. The apartment building was built 1928, has three floors, no elevator.
Thanks.

A typically one bedroom altbau apartment in Berlin is around 60-65 sq metres.
3,528.85 € per Square Meter to Buy Apartment in City Centre sounds too high, unless it is a brand new condo.

1 Bedroom is around 30-45 sqm i'd say. 3 Bedroom will be around 65-90 sqm.
But in fact prices depend on the micro-location. Prices differ a lot within a few minutes walk.
You definitely have to know the City to get a proper Investment.
