Health care facilities are too old and awful.
Many doctors don't have reliable information and advice wrong treatments.
Ministry of health controls the medicines markets and corrupt officials gain money from them.
many foreign medicines are banned to import as they claim so called "domestic version" of them are available.
Harmful chemical medicines and Antibiotics are vastly prescribed and used.
There is lack of equipments for many many treatments. for example even a minimal invasive surgery in most of the cases is not available and patient should undergo full anesthesia.
Hospitals most of the time are full of patients and you can expect more than 3 hours delay in many cases.
for MRI screening amid the high cost I got 2:00 AM time and waited several hours.
