Lol, i'd like to see these people complainig about public health being 0% living in a place that it's trully 0%. It has many, many, many flaws, yet it provides free surgeries, and medicines and treatment for millions of people who wouldn't be able to afford it otherwise. Incor and HC are top notch hospitals for free.
