Depends on a clinic. Once I had a very positive experience with a public clinic - hospital personnel, well trained staff. On the oposite, the private clinic dissapointed by not professionals, who cared only about the money I need to spend. Unfortunately, the situation in general not optimistic. Mainly because of old equipment and decreased educational level.
