My family and I are from another Country and we live part time in Pereira for the last 20 yrs and lived different “Barrios” 4/5/6 and never seen what you say, if you walk around thinking or saying that you’re better than the rest of people, then you’re in the wrong place and people don’t like that.
I travel all Pereira, I go to downtown Pereira And never seen or had any bad experience, never seen violence and all the nonsense you’re talking about.
I don’t know where the heck you have been that year but definitely not in Pereira and definitely not in a ESTRATO 6.
Cost of living is decent that allows you to have every weekend a nice little get away around nice and picturest towns.
Nice weather, people and places.
