#William Thompson on Sep 23, 2017 :
Average cost of living in Washington State is 107 according to Forbes & the Wall Street Journal for the first quarter of 2017. So your listing of 71.53 is ludicrously low, and during the 3 years I have lived here, I would posit that my average cost of living here has been between 110 and 115. So don't know who is providing you with information, other that to state that most residents here are poorly educated, know little about anything outside of the area, and low intelligence and genetics are also very much in evidence when it comes to those who have lived here for several generations.

Just sayin,'
