Just replying to previous comments.

M: I've been born in this city, visited and lived in couple of different countries. Iran was always safe, even for foreigners, except for some nationalities like israelis (which are not allowed in, under any circumstances) and americans (US's interference in Iran, hostage crisis, etc.); even today, I won't recommend my american friends to come over and have a visit, but calling it unsafe and chances of getting raped is far from reality.

Alisa Ashouri: the internet price is absolutely correct and even sorta discounted. if you want 10Mbps and unlimited bandwidth, you actually couldn't get it in 2013 (neither today) as a regular citizen, it is only provided to registered companies; but even today the best package provided by Fanava, which is 4Mbps unlimited, the price is $200/mo, at Asiatech, 4Mbps unlimited (minimum 320GB) it is $143 and 10Mbps 200GB, the price is $90. So these figures are almost correct.
The area you mentioned doesn't exist and it is probably Manzarieh.

the rate of $ increases in Iran all of the sudden may be on the average, yearly, and the prices of all items increase in Iran unpredictably. So, if you write about the prices in Iran, please mention the exact date by year, month and day.
in general, if someone must travel to Iran, must have an average of a monthly rental of a hotel in the US, and the expenses of foods, transportation, etc, with himself. If something left while traveling, he will be happy for it. And also, as usual you must think about thieves, lost, these kinds of things, even being raped...
So, I don't think Iran is a safe country, especially for foreigners, so if you plan to travel somewhere, the best is to travel to Islands, or to your own hometown. Sincerely,
