Great place to raise a kid despite the traffic commutes. It has quite a bit of things to see and do and has beautiful greens and parks. The air quality is one of the purest on the planet other than the occasional dust and pollen. The healthcare is free and easily accesible to the public. The city is extremely clean and safe. It mastered the population to size ratio which makes it livable since its not overpopulated or crowded and mixes big city and small town vibes along with it being safe during both day and night. Would absolutely recommend it since it's way better than it's neighbouring cities Hamilton and even Toronto for some.
