Terrible roads. Usually takes 1 to 1 and a half hours for 10 to 15 km. If it rains expect anything from 2 to 8 hours for the same distance. Pollution levels terribly high. Reckless drivers with no respect of road rules. Police can be worrying too.

Lots of traffic, few roads, lawless drivers and police that are corrupt
