Dear Doc, please write your trash somewhere else. I've been living in Saint Petersburg for 10 years. Most people feel quite comfortable without McDonald's. Moral is also high.
Doc on Mar 25, 2022:
Ruble over 100 per dollar (10 years ago it was 25). American stores now gone...no Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut, etc.
Store items difficult to find. Air travel in and out difficult to find. Banks difficult to use. Local moral is very low. All this happened within the
last 30 days.
