live in MZT nice town safe nice people beautiful beach - only down side is this is a vacation (for NATIONALS) town so really crowded on Mx holidays WITH lots of traffic - but other than that GREAT place to live

There are 2 of us and we may want to motto Mazatlan. We have the income need what would be our next option. We have been here 6 months but in January I had to go to the state for her funeral. Will I ntto go again? My s/I is in thatesnow for medical when he comes back are we good for another 6 months. We signed a year lease?
