This is misleading! Houston really has a low quality of life. Sure there are a few good neighborhoods but a lot of places are poor with a lot of crime. Many people are really low income, there aren't as many job oppurtunities as many claim, and there is alot of racism. It is expensive renting a good apartment. Unless you want to live in the ghetto then get ready to pay atleast $1200 a month for a small one bedroom one bathroom apartment.
