That is not the truth. But I can tell you that the property rentals is almost the lowest all over the world. Where on the earth you can rent a 120 meter-square downtown flat at the price of 200 - 300$?

Its a pleasure to see Bursa in this list with high rates. I do think Bursa is a place to live. You have chance to see 4 season in this city. You have possibility to go mountain and sea in the same day. But Bursa has not so many funny events for young people. Thats the only problem i guess. Anyway, İstanbul is close enough to have fun :)

Bursa is the best city ever for living. It is safe in any moment of the day. Transportation is perfect.

You can go to Uludağ ( mountain ) to skiing , climbing etc. YOu can go to the beach . YOu can go to a lake. Perfect city.

I thing that this rating is overestimated. Bursa is ordinary middle to large Turkish city. If Ankara is 100th Bursa can score a honest 150.

Bursa, the city where i was born and grown. Exactly, the city already deserve this rate. I'm very proud with my city. I believe, the values of indexs will be higher next years. Congratulations Bursa!
