Coffee at starbucks is about 20 lei or 5 euro. Its absurd. Prices have increased dramatically. Meal out is at least 40lei at a super low key hole in wall outside the old town. Not to mention the food quality is super low. Chefs are pathetic here and expectations of the dining experience is very low

Is it polluted? Yep. Is traffic insane? Of course. Is public transport 30 years behind Cluj? You bet.
But still, Bucharest is the only proper city in Romania. If you're looking for the big city life and are interested in architecture, this is the place to be in Romania.
