Price per sq meter is scandalous in Warsaw compared to salary average.
Simply a scam especially that quality of Materials is poor.
Anyway everyone buy and drive premium cars with 1 000 EUR wage by month, strange...

The price per square meter outside the city is closer to 12-13k if you want a bit better than soviet standard, although theres plenty of listings which shouldn't exceed 10k imo. But thats Warsaw real estate for you, don't get scammed and compare living standards, times of your commute, neighbourhood in general

The interest rate doesn't change when you change a currency. So in result you can have a mistake.

Warsaw data is correct, in my opinion 2300 PLN is a valid price. The problem is that you may be searching in English and finding prices for expats. Visit sites like, and to find local prices. I'm living 15 minutes walking from the very center of the city and paying 2000 PLN.

Hi, I am planning to move to Warsaw, Poland and trying to calculate the living cost. Although the Monthly rentals mentioned on your website shows 1 bedroom apartment for approx 2300 PLN within the city center, I cannot find any apartment at such prices with 55m2 area and other conditions adviced by you to input data.

I am currently staying in Dubai and prices reflecting in Dubai section for apartments and other things seem right. Can you please advice if the Poland data is updated and Is there any way I can be directed to websites where I can find apartments mentioned as per your website?
