Iam a researcher working on Affordability of Housing in Jaipur city. The indices given here are just preliminary ideas and requires further refinement. The Affordability index of 2014 and 15 is higher than that of 2018. The previous period was marked by slump in real estate than it is in 2018. Market is again slowly becoming unaffordable now.
