if we calculate price to income ratio for 100yards apartment normally without second member earning
inside city centre = 12.45
outside city centre = 6.5

if you go for 200yards , price to income ratio will be doubled 25 and 13 (inside and outside centre), if spouse also earning around average , price to income ratio is halved.

also , as EMI should not be more than 30% , then calculate how costly this bet is, until you both are earning.

Hi Team,

Could you please correct your calculations for net disposable family income instead of 1.5 please use data available in public domain, in 2021 working women is 19%. so it should be 1.19*average salary.
due to this, price to income ratio is coming very low.
also please show price to income ratio separately for inside city centre and outside, merging them is also making it very low.

warn regards
