Way too many scooter riders in this tiny city, leaving a stance of petrol and exhaust every evening (and night) in the streets used by scooter drivers (e.g., Hogewoerd), especially in the colder months. Air quality is noticeably worse than in Amsterdam, which is ironic. There is no green or parks in the city center apart from tiny patches of green. The one bigger park in the outskirts right at the intersection of two highways, one of them the most congested and polluted in the entire Netherlands, is a joke.
