The constant smell of sewage, using people instead of vactors to clean out the sewer pipes. The non existence of TV lorries to inspect all the sewer pipes for dammage, disintegration. The horrible state of pavements, and the way they are repaired. It could be the sand under the pavements is running into the sewer pipes , but until you TV the whole thing you will never know.
There are very few pedestrian traffic lights, so crossing a road is a dangerous. The general UTILITY standard leaves a lot to be desired
so really the whole foundation of the country has been forgotten in the process of trying to bring in many tourists and increase the countries BNP. Sewers, water, utilities generally cost a lot of money and really there is nothing to show for it, so politically it is not a very interesting subject.
