I have Parkinsons and want to know if I would have to get my meds from the United States or can I get them in Bangkok?

Incompetent staff with little or no English skills - meds ads 10 times hire in price at the hospital than local pharmacies. Most of the front line staff are Filipino and that's where the good service stops. Doctors are seldom in hospitals as they seem to have more lucritve private practices and continually are selling you to use them off site.
