Waiting times are high, and the doctors and staff have no interest in you as a human being whatsoever. Booking appointments through the online system (Maccabi) is a pain, you better call up and go to another doctor each time, rather than waiting for your doctor for a week or more. I tried avoiding the health care system whenever possible.
