I've checked several indices for Nizhny Novgorod on numbeo, they are all "very positive". It is just clear indication of forged data. Either some people from local administration or whoever it could be. But these data here absolutely doesn't reflect the truth. Healthcare, pollution treatment, crime etc etc are poor. Even the fact that Nizhny appears in the all possible datasets much more represented then even Moscow or actually many other major european cities, implies that the data was submitted in coordinated way. No clue who would need it, but not surprised from russia

At a second there I thought Nizhny Novgorod has the best healthcare. but People who live in Russia said how bad the healthcare is in Novgorod. I live in The U.S. and I have almost trusted these kind of weird statistics. IMPOSSIBLE
