In the us with the obama care law, everybody can buy one but will pay a rate per age until 65 when medicare part a, b & c are availlable. Any one knows?

I lived in Medellin for about two years. I rarely needed medical attention but I always found the medical services to be first class when I did use them. I've lived and worked all over the world and concerning medical Medellin rates higher than most places in my opinion.
