dude.... it's quite comparable to Caracas. Avoid at any case unless important stuff or obliged to go.

Hello, My name is Anna. I have been coming to San Pedro Sula from N.Y.C. for approximately 4 year'
twice a year. I come to this beautiful city to get implants done from a very awesome surgeon. I did
not get dental work here because its cheaper. Once I came here and needed a dentist. Once I returned to the U.S.A. my dentist of 35 years and others would not work on my teeth any longer.Just
as well. I have been to Tela, Copan and Travesia. I just love San Pedro. Everytime I come this city
gets more beautiful. Despite the riots over the president which we have in the U.S.A. I can only say
How beautiful San Pedro is especially decorated for Christmas. The people make this country, they are
so hospitable and kind. As far as crime The U.S. State department should tell Americans to be careful wherever they go. Even in N.Y.C. right outside my job are drug dealers, murderers and all
kinds of crime. Anyway I stay at The Guacamaya Inn, it is wonderful and when I go to the dentist here in San Pedro I get the best care ever, that's what I mean when I say It's the people who make
this beautiful Country.
