Southern I never encountered like that I was walking in Q.C at Night but I never experienced like that.

I will never go to Quezon city at night. it is the carnapping capital of the philippines and the streets are not even lit. Once some even tried to rob me . Good thing i got into a taxi. Never will i go to quezon city

im pretty sure that quezon city is not a top ranking in crime rates it should be KL malaysia.. i remember when a chinese guy pretending as an police authority and suddenly grabs my bag and he said just go to our premises (police statioon). @@%@&#-$-% trust me im korean but i do expect crimes here in ph
