#HUGH SCHEIE on Oct 09, 2017 :
I have lived in Oaxaca, Col Lomas Del Creston, for 5 years, I am aware of petty thefts.

There is a fear of robbery, house breaking etc, everybody seems to know of these crimes but no one I talk to has experienced personally.

This is Mexico, as everywhere if you go looking for trouble it is easy to find.

Moderate care and caution is required here as everywhere. Leave your stuff unattended it will be gone.
