This website is currently in English only, and Wikipedia shows the name "Kharkiv". Once we prepare Russian translation, we shouldn't use Ukrainian name definetely in Russian translation. Since most airports list "Kiev" under that name, we don't use new Ukrainian name. We are trying to be objective (from de facto point of view) with our cartographic policy.

#Kh since we all live in Ukraine with Ukrainian as the official language, the ONLY appropriate and correct spelling of the name of this city is Kharkiv
#Anonymous on Jan 19, 2017 :
Kharkiv is the only correct spelling.
#Kh, you'll better go drink Boyarishnik.
#Kh on Jan 18, 2017 :
Please change Kharkiv for Kharkov. It is most Russian-speaking city, and most, 90% of its inhabitants, use Russian as the native language. Check the Google statistics, please, do not follow the strict minority in your assumption. Kharkiv is ukrainian spelling, Kharkov is Russian language spelling. By the way, "Kiev" is also Russian language spelling.

Type, 'Karkiv', and 'temperature' in your address bar.
I just did that, and I got this:
https://www.google.com/search?q=Karkiv+temperature&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8
...the highs and lows for 8 days.
