No one cares about your race except the elderly. It has nothing to do with black people in America. Walking alone at night is not considered safe, but it is not dangerous either. Unless you have a job, do not walk outside after 1 a.m. It is not dangerous during the day. There are only Old black people who look at white or Asians people like aliens. People are kind. Definitely. It is not a dangerous city, especially when compared to black people in America, Europe and other black countries. We can say that the black race is Iceland.
